Greene County Chapter

The Greene County Association of School Retirees [GCASR], is a local chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees [PASR] with 250 local members that includes retired teachers, administrators, secretaries, aides, custodians, and cafeteria workers.

The Greene County Association presented six [6] $1000 scholarships to graduating seniors who are furthering their education at an institution of higher learning in 2018. The scholarships were given to one graduating senior from each of the Greene County high schools plus the Greene County Career and Technology Center. GCASR member, Alice Souders is the chair person  of the scholarship committee.
