Central Region
Blair, Centre, Clearfield, Huntingdon, Mifflin, Snyder, and Union Chapters
Welcome to Region Five, which is situated right in the center of the state. While we are one of the less populated regions, we have seven very active chapters who are busy sponsoring activities and projects for our servicemen, most elderly residents, needy children, and adults of their area, and, of course, trips and get-togethers for their own members. Our members volunteer at local hospitals, libraries, nursing homes, churches, and other places. One of the really great things about PASR is that it welcomes any Public School Retiree - teachers, administrators, secretaries, cafeteria workers, nurses, maintenance workers, bus drivers, etc. If you live in or near any of our Chapters, come and visit us. And don't miss the chance to attend PASR's 48th Annual Convention, hosted by Region Five in State College, PA this October!
