Carbon Calendar of Events -2008

 

Carbon PASR breakfast gatherings are held at the 443 Diner in Lehighton at 8:30 A.M. on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. We encourage School Retirees to join us for friendship and socialization.

PSERS Foundation meeting will be held at Jim Thorpe High School, Jim Thorpe at 4:30 P.M. Carbon PASR Pre-retirement Committee will meet to distribute PASR pre-retirement packets.

Carbon Chapter PASR Executive Committee will meet at the Carbon Career & Technical Institute Conference Room, Jim Thorpe at 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.

Welcome Luncheon for Carbon School Retirees at the 443 Diner from 11:30 A.M. to 1 P.M.

Spring Carbon Chapter General Meeting to be held at the Mahoning Valley Country Club at 3:30 A.M. CARBON PASR Volunteer Surveys will be collected at the meeting.

Fall Luncheon meeting at the Mahoning Valley Country
Club at 3:30 P. M. Community Service’s Recognition of Carbon PASR’s 2008 Volunteer of the year the 2008 John Dillon Award to be presented.
Educational Support Committee will announce the winners of the Practitioner Grants.

Carbon Chapter PASR sponsored Pre-Retirement seminar will be held at the Hampton Inn, 877 Interchange Rd. Lehighton, PA from 8:30-11:15 A.M.
Breakfast will be provided. Carol Ziegenfuss – Chairman.
